If you want your forum to affiliate with MAS then all you have to do is follow the steps bellow. In turn you must affiliate with us, if not then we will not affiliate with you. Our banner must be placed on your forum.

Rules:
1. Your banner must be 88x31px. We will not resize it for you, nor will we create a banner for you.
2. Your forum must have activity within the past 24 hours. Inactive forums will be removed or denied.
3. Our banner must be up before we add yours. If we process your application and our banner isn't on your forum then we will not accept your application.
4. Fill out the form provided and wait for a staff member to Accept/Deny it.
5. Only animal roleplay forums will be accepted.
